Shrove Tuesday in St Brigid's

A huge thank you to Gareth and Michelle Cochrane for hosting the pancake demonstration this morning. The children thoroughly enjoyed watching Gareth prepare the batter and explain how to create the perfect pancake.
As you you can see the pancakes were delicious. The children enjoyed every crumb with their topping of choice.
