NI Girls' Hockey Qualifiers

Our girls gave sterling performances at the NI Hockey Qualifiers in Limavady today, missing out on qualification for the Northern Ireland Finals by the narrowest of margins.

Unbeaten in our group, we proceeded to a semi-final against Millburn, which was a hard-fought game, resulting in a 1-0 defeat in the dying minutes of the game. In fact, this was the only goal conceded by our girls the entire day. Millburn went on to win the final, while we went on to win the Runners-Up Final, beating DH Christie 1-0, to finish in 3^rd place overall.

We are very proud of all of the team today. They are a credit to the school and their families. Well done girls!
