Killowen Cup 2018

The annual Killowen Cup 7-a-side football competition was played over 2 weeks in March.  In the group stages the boys played very well only to be pipped to first place in the group.  However, in spite of this they qualified for the finals day and beat all the teams in their section to win Section 2 of the Killowen Cup.  The boys played some brilliant football and a big word of thanks must go to Don, Arthur and John for their great commitment to the team throughout the year.  The team now plays St Colum’s in the semi-final of the Doherty Cup Shield after Easter.
