Year 2 'Penny War' Party

Primary 2 had the most EPIC day for their Penny War Celebrations!
We had VIP access to the hall, came to school in our own fancy clothes as well as getting the chance to take our favourite teddy to school with us!
We were treated to endless amounts of sweets, chocolate, crisps, drinks, buns and lots more when we had full access to the hall. We had disco music, danced lots whilst being surrounded by balloons, played an assortment of party games and most importantly enjoyed spending the time celebrating with our friends. When the Easter bunny arrived for hugs and treats we just couldn’t believe our luck! The excitement was on another scale and the boys and girls were smiling from ear to ear all day long!
We loved watching our movie in the afternoon whilst finishing the day off with an ice-cream to cool us all down after a very eventful day! This was definitely been a day to remember!
