What a great performance today from our athletics team, who did themselves and their school proud in what was a tough 2nd round of the Cross Country League. They have been working extremely hard at training and it paid off today, as each individual improved their performance since the last round. One of our P7 boys put in a steely performance to clinch 3rd place overall and come home with a medal – a fantastic achievement.
The squad enjoyed a well-deserved treat of hot chocolate and buns when they returned to school. We now look forward to training for the final round in Limavady in January.
