Primary 5 read the story ‘The Dot’ by Peter H. Reynolds and were inspired!
The child in this story dislikes art because she is convinced she can't draw. Her teacher gently encourages her to begin with a single dot and her creativity takes off.
We decided to celebrate our own creativity, courage and support of each other as we talked about having confidence in what we do and not giving up.
We had fun choosing creating our own ‘dots’ using a variety of media and then bringing them to life on the iPad. Take a look at the video to see them in action!
