Hockey Blitzes

Well done to all of our P6&7 boys and girls who participated in the local hockey blitzes held in Rugby Ave. It may have been cold, and at times wet, but it did not dampen the enthusiasm, drive and determination of all the children as they took to the astro, competing against several local schools.

This was a great opportunity for the children to develop their skills, work together as a team and experience competitive sport.

A huge thank you to Jack Kyle and the other hockey officials for organising and to the young umpires, including some of our past pupils.

It was also wonderful to see, as always, our amazing parents who are so supportive of the children and the school.

Thanks to Mrs Campbell, our coach, to Diane for her hard work, and to our assistant coaches Bridget, Jayne and Lynsey whose help on the day was invaluable.
