Cross Country Round 3

The final round of the Flahavan’s Cross Country League got underway today, having been cancelled earlier in the month due to the snow. There was no snow today, but conditions were still challenging, as our boys and girls battled their way around the course against a very strong wind. Every member of the squad completed the course and did themselves, their teachers and their school proud. We await the results to find out if we have a qualifier for the Northern Ireland finals. Watch this space!

The squad enjoyed a well-deserved lunch on the way home. Even the bus driver remarked on what a great bunch of children they were – and he is right! Well done children!
