Class B Trip to Rosepark Farm
9th October 2019
Class B enjoyed a fun and informative morning at Rosepark Farm on Wednesday. Seamus and Gemma gave us a very warm welcome and a walk around the farm, connecting with nature and connecting with the various animals, whilst looking for and finding out about signs of Autumn as we went.
Seamus told us about some of the changes which take place on the farm during Autumn and some of the preparations they make. We collected some Autumn leaves and identified which tree they belonged to when we returned to school.
Gemma showed us some of the more interesting reptiles which the farm care for, giving the very brave the chance to pet and hold.
We really did have a wonderful time and appreciated the care, time and enthusiasm given to us.
