Catch Up with our Wise Little Owls in Year 2 !

Our topic this term is ‘Twinkle Twinkle’ so we have been learning all about nocturnal animals so a visit from a ‘wise’ little owl was very much appreciated! We met Thomas who is a Bengal Eagle Owl from Rosepark Farm. We enjoyed asking Seamus lots of different questions as well as telling him all the ‘info’ that we cared to share! Thomas seemed to settle very well into our class, flapping his feathery wings and turning his head in a full circle but he did need to make a swift exit back to Rosepark for his daytime snoozing. You never know- we may be lucky in getting to see Thomas and his Owl friends up at Rosepark Farm next time we may pay them a visit!
